Please join us for a Free Luncheon Workshop

on Thursday, November 4, 2021 Noon-2:00 PM

St. Luke & St. Paul • 126 Coming Street, Charleston

Our Guest Presenter will be Jordan Biere, the National Director of Alpha Youth for Alpha USA.
He has been leading in local youth ministries for over 10 years and is passionate about serving other youth ministers to see even more young people discover and develop a relationship with Jesus. He is a husband to Amy, and together they have four children all under the age of 8.

  • What does Evangelism look like to Gen Z?

  • Are they willing to have faith conversations?

  • Is Gen Z open to the gospel?

Barna Research, in partnership with Alpha USA, looked at the state of evangelism in a 2019 study, Reviving Evangelism. Now, in an extension of that research, Reviving Evangelism in the Next Generation explores behaviors and attitudes to a new audience, Gen Z.

Join us on November 4 from 12-2 pm as we hear from Jordan Biere, National Director of Alpha Youth, as he unpacks this research and shares a deeper understanding of how the Church might empower and equip Gen Z to reach their friends – those who are leaving the faith, and those who’ve never experienced the faith – with the gospel. First and foremost, we must listen to Gen Z and love them well.

The Cathedral Church of St Luke & St Paul, 126 Coming Street, Charleston, is the host for this free event and lunch will be provided. There is plenty of free parking right across the street. If you are a youth pastor or leader, or you are interested in how your church can engage this generation, don’t miss this special event. All participants will receive a copy of the Barna Report, Reviving Evangelism in the Next Generation. You’ll also have an opportunity to network with others who have a heart for these young people.
